a cool photo gear idea

I was recently reinspired to search for photography workshops in Mexico City and ended up going down a YouTube rabbit hole to research the photographers who led them.

One of the guys did a “what I keep in my bag” video and was like yeah yeah, got that, got that, got that… But then he pulled out a little photo album. It contained 4x6 prints of street images he had taken, so he could show new subjects and prove he was legit.

What a cool idea! I thought, and immediately went down a Google rabbit hole to find a simple 4x6 album. All I could find were flowery or other patterned things that you could get from Shutterfly or something. I had to have it though. So I had to make a deal with the Devil.

Amazon had a lot of small albums in solid colors but you had to buy a pack of like 20. What in the entire f… But then I found this — in a pack of two, which is fine —and it arrived today! It’s perfection, totally my style. Now I just have to select and order the prints…
