i thought we were all set but noooo

After all the research it took to find a good Black home care agency, and an excellent replacement aide for the one who didn’t clean well, I thought Op was finally set.

But then the replacement asked Op to use his computer (he did). I had to block that shit through the owner STAT. Then the next day she didn’t show up so I gotta step out of meetings to talk to the agency and find out what the hell is going on. They didn’t even know where she was!

Turns out she (allegedly) had a car accident and had to go to the hospital or something. I’m sorry, don’t you call work when you know you won’t be coming in?? Anyway she’s been back on track for a week now so fingers cross. And of course my only child guilt is through the roof.
