The Unworthy - Interesting premise but not fully developed enough to be a full novel. And yet another dystopian environment with no rationale or history.

Mama Day - I liked this more than I thought I would but not enough to buy it. And I love the Brooklyn library but damn, the copy they lent me was to the fuck UP.
